ABOUT   Services Excellence Summary

The Houston School of Art & Design would like to welcome you. Were you one of those kids that just never stopped drawing at 5, or at 10, painted horses 100 colors all over the walls, or maybe an adolescent that could only seem to draw manga? While art is a source of joy for young children, some children can find it difficult to achieve the right look, and others may be frustrated with the final outcome. Drawing kids can now say they don't like painting. After they drew a careful snail or Manga character with great care, colored it beautifully, and then half-heartedly tried adding background color or pattern, they just abandoned the painting. They are left with a feeling of desolation, infidelity, and failure. Thomas Cleveland was a master artist who had to struggle to overcome these creative obstacles. Perfectionism, incomplete paintings in order to pursue the next great idea, and the frustration of feeling that one's innate artistic ability is uncertain and that a "giftedness" has caused some children to fear that they can't fail are all obstacles. Thomas was able to mitigate or overcome most of them. In 2004, he founded the Artist Within Studio School in Cypress, and extended it to Spring Branch with a sister site, The Houston School of Art & Design in 2016. The instructor shows step-by-step methods and hand guides from practicing artists, in an analogy and common language. This does away with the fear and anxiety of new techniques, allowing the student to rise above and excel. The Aspiring Artists course nurtures, informs, and encourages the student in a warm, friendly, and judgment-free atmosphere. Accept your imperfections because it is critical to relax and enjoy your creative journey. Offer Statement

Whence, they told her the instructors were all geared to help them with the issues they had and help them develop the internet within a short period. Kelly contributes to the students' statement, and she also has issues on how the teen program is done to another level such that each student has her ways to follow and improve in whichever art they have loved. Artistic teen program is like is made up of levels hat students can follow and improve accordingly. It is commonly done through the help of the instructors who were knowledgeable to answer all the questions the students came up with the time. Kelly adds that it is a good deal to the children to help them develop in the field. Marilyn finds the school unique where he talks of the instruction time as a superb experience and knowledgeable throughout the study. The way the study is made up of a way to help the students catch what is the curriculum covered in earlier lessons. It means the school is ensuring the students have the intense skills and knowledge of art to help them through the field. The summer classes are modeled in a way to help the students have enough knowledge before they can join the next programs. Todd adds that the students are paying less compared to the services they get from the school. It is a good idea to the students, and he finds the school awesome. Thus, they recommend other students as the place to be. Lysa the student was happy with the programs that they are offered by the school. She says the instructors were ready to assist them in whichever step hence if one is interested and ready to learn, he/she will learn more effectively. Juin agrees to the same and also stated that their design programs are good. They first inform the students and then as the help them through the time they are going to study in the school. She was happy with the program, and the kids are awesome this is because they have the statements of most of them being successful after the study. Nina Lindell shares the same policy on a cost she is taking concerning the study programs at HSAD. She says that is a good deal and they are making it easy for the students who are willing to enhance their skills in arts. Allen a parent realizes that the charges are low compared to the amount of knowledge the students are going to get from the instructors; for sure, the art school and how they have organized their curriculum are good for any students. Then the supplementary reviews were positive towards the school and its instructors. It is a good place for learning, and the students who have been here have learned more; thus, they are good for the students who have interest in artists. The school is for both adults and kids and the students, and kids have separate programs. The classes are in an arranged manner; thus, all the students feel okay and are free to ask and meet others who have the same interest in the art world. Children's statement align to that of the other students; thus the school is good for the youth. The curriculum is such that it covers all the students and the kids learn faster and they are given sufficient knowledge in the field. Natalie says that the Littles classes are fun and are giving them the beginning knowledge of what they are going to learn in the intensive programs they are enrolled in the future. It means the school is targeting the kids who have an interest in the artists at an early stage, and if they are nurtured, they are going to become professionals soon. Brian and Taylor find that the art school has developed their feelings and how they feel about the art field. They thus say that the school is good and it gives people the necessary knowledge. Another student also states the classes are arranged in groups such that the new students and the experienced ones are separate. It is a good way to adapt to the students who are slow learners or want to begin their studies from zero. Samantha states that everyone is equal to the school, stable to adults and kids; one has an interest in this course one can sense and join for the study. Shesd that she had a fear of joining the school for some different issues, though the class work they receive and the contribution from the instructors made her feel happy and it is a good thing to help her develop towards her career in the future. It definitely means that the school is good and it can help one amount towards success. I recommend any person who wants to learn arts to join the school. It has professionals who are assisting us.
