Customer reviews: 1. Worst experience ever the lady that answer was the most uninterested person in learning about what we needed. We got referred to them for foreclosure sales. She goes "we are not taking cases like yours" I guess my case was too small for them. I think about $3,000 was too much for my case for them to waste time even listening to it lol. I was ready to pay after all the reviews I read about them but no response every time I try to call or email them. You can be scammed by them.2. NORMA is very rude and have no customer service skills. She's very arrogant and I feel she doesn't deserve to be talking to potential clients on phone. She's the worst representative of any establishment. Management is totally unaware of her character. Please replace her with someone who is very understanding and approachable. Zero stars3. I cannot say enough good things from start to finish, Rebecca and Dana did exactly what they said they would in the time frame they promised, kept me up to date every step of the way, Dana is very informative and guided me through the process. I had a vehicle returned and my job saved with their help. Edit: I have completed my payment plan early but the office is being so difficult at this point in time. I can't ever speak with my actual attorney, poor communication and it is taking forever for them to send over documents to discharge my case!4. I would recommend this Law Firm to anyone seeking legal help. Upon first walking in, I was greeted by the most polite and professional staff that made me feel very comfortable. Norma was very helpful and kind. The staff is patient and knowledgeable; you can tell they care. Also, once I was called back, I had a pleasant experience, despite my situation. They were very impressive. Mr. Keeling and his rep were welcoming and honest. Will definitely refer family and friends!5. I would like to say that I would highly recommend keeling Law Firm. Christina and Dana Coleman (Firm assistant) Are probably the most knowledgeable and professional people I have come across. They were survivors helping an elderly woman with dementia and financial problems. Christina's advice was excellent; the most down to earth and credible.
