When your heart is truly broken and your world has come to an end is the time you will need someone you can trust to help you don’t think these people are there for you and your loved one they are not all they care about is the money and I understand that but don’t lie to me telling me you will take care of what needs to be done when you don’t care I used them because the highlands location did a beautiful job for my best friends husband but I chose the south. Houston location to make it more convenient for my people it was a complete embarrassment and was the biggest disappointment to me and my family my husband deserved so much better it was the last thing I could do for him and I’m sorry to say that I have to live with the guilt of not giving my wonderful husband a decent goodbye. It was horrible they did nothing except take his body to be cremated they didn’t have a video prepared for me they had nothing ready they didn’t even turn on the air conditioner in the room for the services they didn’t have a podium for my pastor no microphone it was total embarrassment disaster and then and then it took them 2 1/2 years 2 1/2 years to get me the death certificates and then they wanted to charge me again for them I wish I had the time to go through all of this to explain better to tell you but if you want to call me I will sure tell you every single letdown that they gave to me 281-702-7151 Angel LaFoy Branch
