The Lone Star College North Harris Campus received mixed reviews, with many students praising the professional and welcoming staff, clean and well-organized facilities. There were great reviews of the community college's affordability and variety of courses, including programs that would transition students to the workforce. Significantly, users appreciated the strict Covid-19 guidelines, demonstrating the management's concern for health and safety. Instructors were recognized for their approachability and the likelihood of students receiving personalized feedback. Alternatively, there were reports of poor conduct on the Montgomery Campus. The generalization, lack of professionalism, and failure to enforce expected behaviour created a negative learning climate and were reported to be common, which is unfortunate. The administrative staff involved in managing student loans from the financial aid department were a problem since they were frequently reported to be unhelpful.
