Working with local and national coffee roasters, we have diversified our espresso and brewed beverages to suit every individual's coffee choices. We also offer the siphon method, which involves halogen heaters that produce a cup by weight with precise measurements that highlights the best flavors of the beans we love. Our mission is to use local ingredients in our food, from our coffee to the kitchen. Vital Farms here in Texas raises all our hens on pasture. The layers that supply our eggs are raised in cage-free conditions, fed vegetarian diets without any use of antibiotics or growth hormones. Our bacon is uncured and slow-smoked with apple wood chips, without any added nitrates. We also use all-natural Duroc pork for our house-made Chorizo. We use black angus cattle raised by 44 Ranch Farms. Their cattle come from natural sources, humanely, and sustainably raised with no antibiotics, hormones, or added growth hormones. Mill-King Dairy supplies us with non-homogenized, low-temp pasteurized milk and cream from Texas. Slow Dough Bread Co. makes all of our daily fresh breads. We have designed a menu that is full of great flavors and we are proud to serve it.
