South Texas College of Law Houston was established in 1923 when the local YMCA, which was responsible for drafting the constitution, decided to implement the provision concerning education. The YMCA had a proposal to establish a law school that would offer night classes for the city's working professionals. The school's first class consisted of 49 students, and they studied in the evenings. The facility allowed the students to maintain their day jobs as they pursued a legal education. Our long tradition of preparing students for careers has made South Texas College of Law Houston a recognized preeminent leader in legal education and career preparation for nearly a century. One graduate said that the school was perfect, and its student body was amazing. This people are sharp, and their performance is exemplary. Another person criticized the school. Hilary stated that she entered the school without interest, but she completely changed. Their professors are exemplary. and passed the bar higher that UHLaw and TTLaw. Such an excellent review indicated that the school must be rated at above average in my opinion.
