We have filed verified claims and applied for an order directing the funds from the Real Estate Recovery Trust Account against the real estate agents who breached fiduciary duty according to Subchapter M Chapter 1101 Texas Occupations Code.
We also handle utility easements. Developers sell property and are later accused of not disclosing easements when they knew for decades that they were present.
