Third Coast Pilates offers the New York Studio, classical style of Pilates. This has been our tradition for more than 30 years. We offer semi-private classes in soft (restorative) and hard (stimulating) styles. We teach in a relaxed, friendly, informal, and competitive environment. Our instructors are all certified Pilates teachers and continue to learn the physical and rehabilitation techniques of Pilates from Joe Teague, the studio's Master Teacher. We aim to help you achieve your goals, whether they are losing weight, relieving pain or improving your game. We strive to help you accomplish your individual goals. In addition, we will develop your posture, flexibility, and strength, as well as your balance, coordination, and aerobic fitness.
