My name is Tiffany Dove, and I am the executive director of Adante Independent Living. I joined Sagora Senior Living as a Lifestyle Director in the summer of 2013. My career started in Parks and Recreation where I learned leadership skills. I have also served as a coordinator for civilian programs in various countries. I have always wanted to be a senior care coordinator, and I felt exhilarated by the chance. The residents and their associates in Adante have encouraged me to give back and discover joy. The organizational culture at Adante is to prioritize residents. We treat them with respect and meet their expectations. The staff at Adante are committed to providing quality services, food, and fun activities for the residents. Residents at Adante frequently chat with other residents, laugh, and share their life experiences.
