Glenn, Wayne, and Brian Cotton, the founders of Bath Fitter, inherited our paradigm. They had a straightforward premise. It was the 80s, and they were convinced that there had to be a quicker, better way. They worked hard, and their idea became an international company. They discovered that hotel bathrooms and commercial building restrooms were problematic. The expensive and time-consuming demolition process hurt both businesses and the unpredictable contractors. Bath Fitter offered these commercial locations customers the high-quality tubs and shower remodels they knew were available in hotels. This approach allowed them to return to business sooner.

The salesman told me i had all standard installation. Having just had hip replacement the doctor advised getting a shower. The salesman took my $2300 and ran. After he took the money he then said it was 4 to 6 months. After assuming I was being scammed I asked for the deposit back and they refused. They are preying on elderly folks
