Cloud Solar Energy Solutions November 2022, I was approved through Sunlight Financial in the amount of $43,500 to make the original purchase. Dec 2022, Mr. Cloud advised me to request additional funds for AC repair that we spoke about. He referred me to Michael in his company I was approved for an additional $10,472 to cover the AC and at that time he informed me that the additional funds would be disbursed directly to me via check after the solar panels were installed and running.
After months of calling/following up and getting the run-around you have done nothing but given me excuses as to why the additional 10,472 has not been sent to me.
April, you said the check was sent to me via regular mail-nothing.
On April 28th, he advised me that the check was stolen from my mailbox and cashed. That was odd to me bc I have a locked mailbox and each time I receive mail, I get notification from the post office showing me what will arrive. He informed me that there was an investigation and they have identified the thief.
You have made promises to hand deliver me the check- yet you disregard the photos I have sent you showing my leaking ceiling as a result of my broken AC-and to me this is extremely insensitive and unprofessional.
On May 8, 2023, he advised me Sunlight Financial told him I would not be able to get the 10,472 disbursement until after the repairs were made. Sunlight Financial advised me that a total of 53,972 was disbursed to Cloud Solutions for solar ONLY and that this additional 10,472 was not input for AC as we had discussed. The solar system was 43,000. They said the last disbursement was made around March 22, 2023.
I am requesting that you give me the overage of funds that are due to me. This situation has caused me stress, grief, and frustration to say the least.
I am also requesting a cashier's check or money order- I do not want a check from your company because at this point I cannot risk the chance that it may not be legitimate.
