This course provides the participants with a Master's Course experience, offering a comprehensive and immersive course on conflict management coaching. Cinnie Noble, the founder of CINERGY(r), is empowered to provide Certified Conflict Management Coach (CCMC) courses as a comprehensive ICF training program. Patricia Porter, PCC, President of Conflict Connections, Inc., is a CINERGY Accredited Senior Coach, Mentor, and Competency Assessor with high-level qualifications and professional experience. Students will experience a 7-stage, one-on-7 coaching process during the course. This coaching technique is intended to teach students how to stop and handle conflict between individuals, thereby avoiding conflict. The coaching process can be used in a variety of circumstances to mediate conflict development. This training may be relevant in several ways. It provides coaching in multiple contexts, including family, community and organizational. It may also be used to teach individuals negotiating tactics, mediation habits, and how to facilitate team-led dialogues.
