DASA Spa, family-owned and small, is who we are. Our city's beautiful spa has been our sanctuary for people and their guests for over 25 years. Living a full life is no easy task. We find ourselves juggling responsibilities to the point where they become interconnected and overwhelming. This interconnectedness makes it difficult to know where one responsibility ends and another begins. We often do not realize that our minds and bodies are so exhausted and tired before our only responsibility is to get some rest. Let your responsibilities slip away. Start to contemplate and reflect while resting. No judgments or blame. Do not fret about the past. Instead, take a step back and appreciate yourself. You can be grateful.
