The appointment time was not horrible, but it was a complete waste of time!! Everything I’ve already read about was told to me for $150. The person who was to perform the treatment offered was apparently doing it on her own skin for several years and still had the same issues I’m struggling with!! Today was a complete waste of my time!!! No one ever smiled or even looked happy to help. It was a bad experience!! Won’t come here again!!
This office does not care about discretion and no one ever knows anything at all. I'm sure it's because management cant keep his employees for over a month. If you value your personal information, I do not suggest you go to this office. Whoever had the bright idea of opening the front wall as big as they did was not thinking this through because that was the worst decision this office made. Everyone can hear everything. They are very unprofessional, extremely disorganized and the lack of professional and managment knowledge is scary.
They don't answer all your medical questions or just simply don't know. They also dont know about updated medications that could possibly help. Very unprofessional and unorganized clinic. I did get free sunscreen and didn't have to pay my copay.
The scar Dr. Davis left on my face is so much worse now than when I went in to get it fixed. Worst dermatology clinic in San Antonio.
Horrible experience. I do not recommend this office.
Doctor always running late and shakes. Go elsewhere
Our appointments have been rescheduled several times already. Dr. Davis is always too busy, overbooked, not coming in for whatever reason and we have to see someone else. If staff is aware Dr. Davis is always running behind, they shouldn't be double booking him. Management should be stepping in and yet it continues to happen. Very disappointing.
Very disorganized and unprofessional
This office brakes so many HIPAA rules. You can hear everything, there is no privacy what so ever. The medical assistants blurt out the patients full name's if they don't get up fast enough, you can hear how much someone is spending, what their purchases are, what their copay is, the discounts they get, their personal life, whether a patient is checking in or out, you hear everything and so much more. Whoever planned this new upgrade did a horrible job and should be fired, they did not plan it out well at all. It also seems like management is never around when you need him and when he does call you back he doesn't even know what to say. He always repeats himself and never makes any sense. Do not and I repeat DO NOT schedule with this office.
Dr. Davis talks so much which is why he is always behind and then people have to start seeing other providers. It's ridiculous that he cares more about what I do, where I work, and where I live than giving me actual medical advice, he never keeps it strictly medical. He shakes so much which is why I will not return, plus I know he has botched people. Then he takes even more time at checkout introducing his son Bryant who can't even use his words. He always look nervous, stutters, and makes weird noises. He may know several languages but he is weird in all of them. I have seen that if you complain or if you wait more than 10 minutes to be called back(and complain)he gives out free products so complain, complain, complain your little head off! The only good thing about this place is you basically never have to pay. Just let them know you forgot your wallet and your fine.
Do not schedule with Dr. Davis. He should retire and stop treating patients in his condition, he would be doing us all a favor and maybe we may get better treatment. The appointment is focused on what people do for a living and not what they scheduled their appointment for. I have been seen and have gone with several of family and friends and its always the same. We spend our money and get no medical advice. He also brought in his son to be the office manager and unfortunately has been doing a very poor job. He has no background management experience which is why i'm sure nobody last long or stays there. If the office is ever under new management we may consider going back.
Ever since the new office manager started working here it hasn't been the same, everything changes constantly. You see patients being treated better than their own employees. The manager embarrasses, belittles, ignores, and disrespects employees yet he is still there. I have never seen so many new faces in such short period of time and that tells you this place is not to be trusted. The problem is within management not the employees, the employees have always been great yet there are always new faces. They should seriously consider looking into new management
Very unprofessional, untrustworthy, and inconsiderate office. The people are not trained well in medicine nor patient care. Untrustworthy care. I’m going to list out all the red flags because there’s so many, and I’m speaking from the perspective of a medical student. Very disappointed. 1. A very long wait time after check in. Two people came in and checked in AFTER me, yet they were called a lot faster than I was. I had to wait 30+ minutes before even seeing someone, and I inquired multiple times why that is. It wasn’t even busy at all I could hear the staff in the back talking about Halloween gifts and seeing them carry it. 2. While waiting nobody told me about a patient portal, how prescriptions work, what are some things that should make me trust them with my health as a patient. 3. The medical assistant, Esmeralda, butchered my name. As a medical personal they should be more aware of unconscious bias, or take an active effort to pronounce it properly. 4. The PA, Amanda, I see her being on her laptop typing furiously and I’m sure she didn’t look at my chart because as she saw me for the first time she didn’t know my name because she didn’t greet me nor did she look at my chart, or know any of my concerns. Her lack of knowledge about my health was evident throughout our conversation. 5. Lack of evaluation of systems review which I filled out prior & lack of side affects knowledge on part of Amanda, who insisted to me she prescribed this antibiotic very frequently to patients. It makes me wonder if she went to a credible medical school. 6. What made me realize this is a business and not a place to help patients is that I inquired about alternative methods to fix my scarring asking about micro needling and Amanda said she knows nothing about it, and mentioned lasering since that’s something their office provides (out of pocket = more money). As a medical professional, you should know something about micro needling or alternative solutions rather than acting oblivious to make your office more $$$. 7. They didn’t email a receipt, list of what they prescribed, they charged me TWICE for my visit. After leaving still no information about a patient portal, only after I spoke to the manager they sent it out.
