Don’t bother. I set an appointment 5 days in advance. Confirmed the appointment. They never reached out. Never tried to make it here. Did not show up. I had to call again. They decided I was less important than everyone else’s emergency. People that don’t set appointments get priority above those who don’t. So dispatch said “Well, we can’t make it there until Saturday. This is Thursday. I set an appointment. Forget about the big companies. Stick with local business. I called Roy’s. They will be here tomorrow.
The management is abusive to the employees and it needs to stop. Customers need to ask employees how the management is treating them and then the customers should share that with the owner I know I don’t wanna do any business with management that mistreat the workers that are making their money for the company.!!
Employees are having to work in Covid infected homes… do you customers know about this?

Max Sifuentez and his asst, came to my house on 12-2-2022. The service was GREAT!!! He took the time to explain everything to me ! He checked everything ! I will be calling him again for other services as needed!The asst. was nice to! I forgot his name lol! It is nice to meet someone that really CARES about their jobs these days!
