In 1970, Jesse Villarreal Electrical Contractors was established by Jesse Villarreal Sr. JV Electric, LLC, was formerly known as Jesse Villarreal Electrical Contractors, founded by Jesse Villarreal Sr. in 1970; not long ago, he was President and General Manager of Jesse and Chandler Electrical Contractors, one of the largest electrical contractors in South Texas. Jesse Villarreal, Jr., assumed control of the company in 1992. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 1983. He worked as an electrician, inspector, master electrician, and later as a senior project manager and general manager.
