Texas Psychological and Consultation Services (TPACS) is a bilingual provider of mental and behavioral health services. We have operated in Texas for ten years. Our mission is to deliver comprehensive psychological and behavioral services to the most vulnerable children in Texas and their families. We have increased our accessibility and influence on many children living throughout Texas. It is a privilege to provide Spanish-speaking families with culturally relevant, quality care.
