Top Of The Line Barber School is dedicated to each student's top-of-the-line knowledge and skill acquisition, the intersection of State licensure requirements, and a solid base for further education in their future professional field. The organization aims to enable the student to strive for excellence while completing their course, in pursuit of broader knowledge and personal mastery, and further education to reach their full potential in their chosen occupation. We will provide knowledge and strategies regarding passing the state licensures, vocational training in various areas, and ongoing support and mentorship to allow each student to confidently learn about creative work and feel secure in their preferred method. This methodology will offer students a more in-depth understanding of Barbering, making them more prepared for a career in this field. Barber Program Objectives The Barber Program's primary objective is to teach students fundamental skills in manipulative skill, safety judgments, and proper work habits and prepare them for the State Board Examination; thus, they will be eligible for employment in the barbering industry. This will allow them to be competitive in entry-level Barbering and related careers, such as fashion, skin, and hair. However, they must engage in continuous learning activities to attain the highest level of performance. They need to be treated with respect and dignity. The next objective is to teach students to interact with others by maintaining professional relationships. Top of the Line's mission will be accomplished in teaching students to look up to the following student success programs: Discipline is a structured direction that enables students to achieve a high standard in all licensing methods. Students will know their strengths and weaknesses in academic life and Barbering and strive to learn. Professionalism is the ability to excel in all aspects of a student’s life, including Beauty and Barbering. It is essential for students to take ownership of their mistakes and learn from them (Bruce, 2015).
