The incident makes me feel that the company is unreliable and may fail to complete its work. This thoughts are misguided as Cornerstone Company is well-organized long time working company. There is also the issue of leakages shining because the first company did not block the gas clearance in gas line. This showed that the company fails to follow up on its projects which may cause a big mess to the customers. Meeting the customers’ expectation is something very difficult because people may not know what they want. In the case of Cornerstone Company, there is a positive side to meeting customers’ expectations. The company is a long time service provider and satisfied many customers as seen in the reviews.
