Customer feedback summary: Response to the owners' comment 02/04/2026 There's nothing to be corrected or fixed. Your business showed its true colors. All those who are thinking of doing business with this place... Go ahead and run! At Cash In Minutes, we strive for excellence in all that we do. However, my experience with this loan company has been beyond frustrating and shows a complete lack of professionalism and care for their customers. Three days ago, I applied for a loan. I submitted everything they asked for—bank statements, proof of address, and other documents. The very next day I was approved for $300. At that point, all I needed to do was provide collateral, four references, and a piece of mail with my name on it. The representative I spoke with gave me the okay and sent me the address of the location where it would be finalized. Here’s where everything went downhill. The location turned out to be 30 minutes away from me. When I told the representative I would prefer a closer branch (there’s one in my town only 5 minutes away), she said that would be fine. I immediately canceled with the original location and tried to continue the process with the closer branch. Instead of a smooth transition, I was met with pushback, confusing requirements, and poor communication. The closer branch asked me for older bank statements and even demanded the current month’s statement—even though September wasn’t over. This dragged the process into two stressful days. I spent hours on hold (sometimes up to five hours), drove to the branch myself just to get answers, and still received no clear communication about the next steps. After giving all my information again to the closer branch, I was denied because they claimed I already had an “open loan” with the Salt Lake City location—even though I hadn’t signed or received anything yet. I was told I needed to go back to the Salt Lake City office and that they would “take care of me” since I had already been approved there. When I tried to follow through with that, I was told I now needed to submit more bank statements. After sending them, I received a call while driving to the Salt Lake City branch saying my loan was denied because the new bank statements “didn’t match” what they had before. Keep in mind—I had already been approved with them! This whole experience has felt careless, disorganized, and inconsiderate. Instead of helping me as a customer who followed every instruction, they wasted three days of my time, made me jump through hoops, and ultimately denied me after initially approving me. It feels like I was taken advantage of simply because I wanted to use a branch that was more convenient for me. I would not recommend this loan company to anyone. If this is how they treat customers before they even receive a loan, I can only imagine how bad it would be afterward. Update your website please, you no longer offer payday loans.
