Gifted Music School

Gifted Music School was established in 2009 by Eugene and Vera Watanabe. The aim was to provide exceptional music education to children in Utah. Deborah Moench was a founding member of the visionary board. The scholarships we offered made undeniable training a possibility. They also made it possible for us to recruit faculty of world-class status. Gifted Music School quickly began winning national and local competitions. The nation's leading schools, including The Juilliard School and Curtis Institute of Music, accept our graduates. Graduating students also receive academic programs at Stanford. A remarkable organization was born. Gifted Music School offers exceptional music lessons. Our belief in excellence is based on the principle that every child should be able to access music mentoring and instruction, irrespective of socio-economic status. We have been nurturing the best young musicians for over a decade. Music students also gain the ability and intelligence required to succeed in all areas of life.
