Starz Unlimited Dance Studio

Starz Unlimited Dance Studio was founded in 1995 by Carolyn Kemp, her daughter Heidi, and her mother. Its formation aimed to offer home-schooled students a nurturing and family-friendly dance environment. Initially, the Kemps operated the studio from their garage, offering ballet, jazz, and clogging classes. The company later expanded into a bigger home with a dance studio room. Carolyn managed all studio functions, including employing teachers, stitching costumes, and integrating a dance studio into a home setup. After ten years of running the studio, Carolyn decided to hand it over but with the hope it could continue running. She offered her house to host dance classes, but a director was employed to run the studio's daily operations. In the fall of that year, Alison Maynes became the studio director. The company's enrollment grew year by year until it reached 170 families (Starz Unlimited, n.d.).

Teachers have been great and encouraging, praise has also been heaped the costumem which are modest and comfortable. Starz is affordable the best part. Everyone gets to perform during recital, which is also included in the tuition. This class is not only for fun but also for learning and improving myself through their philosophy. There is something to learn and improve on, and there is always a chance to.all dance moves and I am sure I have become better. Neighbourhood is modern and clean with wide roads and playgrounds.
