Valley Glass replaced my windshield with a chipped one, and when I pointed out the chip, they tried to claim it was tree sap instead of acknowledging the clear damage. To make matters worse, they have a history of replacing windshields with defects, as seen in their negative reviews. They even denied the chip's existence when I raised the issue with two customer service representatives. The situation escalated when their in-office representative contacted me and displayed extreme rudeness. It's disheartening that we still encounter such poor customer service in this day and age. With numerous glass companies in Utah to choose from, I recommend opting for one of the many others that provide respect, integrity, and basic human decency in their service.
