ReGen Solar is a customer-focused Solar PV and battery storage company based in Virginia. Our owners established us in 2006. We are here to provide simple energy solutions to our community, businesses and residents. We want them to have a better future, relying on a cheaper source of electricity. The nation needs to be more independent in terms of energy. Coal, gas and nucleus plants are getting more expensive and challenging to maintain. Fuel and energy costs are becoming more expensive at an alarming rate; presently, we are proud of renewable, sustainable energy. However, as we embrace renewable energy because of significant solar energy technology advancements, we are not perfect. We believe communication is key to providing customer service. These are fundamental company principles. We can only sustain these principles if the working environment we create works for every individual in ReGen Solar Company. This means creating a supportive environment where our employees can live and work fully. We have an excellent team who has acquired all the skills and tools necessary to deliver quality service to our clients through value-added training, development, mentoring, and coaching.
