Jim Garrison founded James Limousine in Richmond, Virginia, in 1992 to maximize the demand for superior luxury transportation. In only a few short years, Jim had made it the most profitable and successful Richmond limo service. While diving in Belize, Jim and his wife Kim perished in October 2001. The Bottom family expanded Jim's legacy after his tragic death and quickly grew the company to new heights. In 2007, Randy Allen became the third generation of owners. Lynn Allen and Tom Henry joined him. The newest owners come from technology, corporate management, and business travel, and their mission is simple. Wanted to make James Limousine Central Virginia's best besides adding on. They achieved this by raising the service level higher than anyone else in all departments. We are inspired by this commitment and more passionate than ever about serving under the leadership of our current owners, Randy Allen and Lynn Allen.
