Regency Dance Academy

This program caters to competitive dancers by requiring them to attend weekly rehearsals and technique classes. Technical ability, not age or dance experience, determines students' levels. The instructor solely determines level placement. Competitive dancers have a minimum of four hours of training per week. The Company has three levels: Juniors, Seniors, and Minis. Its teachers place dancers in the correct levels. The Company hosts at least three competitions per year. Students must know that joining the Company is a massive commitment. You should plan to spend most nights dancing and most weekends competing for the entire year. Each dancer will engage in ballet, ballet tech, and stretch and strength in addition to classes pertaining to their genre. Our Company's most dedicated dancers will be chosen to perform specialty dances. In the Specialty Company, dancers may participate in solos and duos, as well as trios and group specialty dances.
