Reliable SPARC's community youth program is an essential service for every young person. We are committed to changing the lives of all Richmond youth through culturally sensitive and high-quality arts education. We aim to improve the sector's quality programmes. We intend to use these efforts to expand our network and partnerships and to reach a larger and more diverse student population. We also plan to keep evaluating and improving our work to make sure all students are included.
