So disappointed. These guys are all talk and no game. Once called out for delivering poor results, they take no responsibility and blame the client for everything. Here's how it goes: They pitch big, wanting at least $5,000/month and a 12-month contract. It all sounds good, but when you express concern at the level of monthly investment and/or contract length, they come in with "Plan B", which is a 6-month contract at 50% of the original $ quote. I have been in sales for over 30 years, and these guys have their pitch down. It's good. It will make you feel like "Wow, these guys really get me and my business." Then they get started and...crickets. Of course, it takes a few months to catch on that they just like talking (aka "consulting") over Google meetings and never actually do anything. After a few months of paying a $2,500 retainer without any results, you start calling out lack of results, the blame game begins. It's all your fault for not spending enough money with them. "If you would have just done the $5,000/month contract for 12-months, it would have all worked out like we said. We tried to tell you that in the beginning (dummy)." Of course, they have no problem taking your money in the meantime, only to admit in the end it was all going to be a waste of time. So they're always right, they know more about your business than you as the owner, and clients who don't listen to them are idiots. The best part? I tried to cancel my 6-month contract after the 4th month, but it was "Timsplained" to me that he decided that they had already done more than enough work to satisfy the full 6-month contract, and that's why I needed to keep paying them for all 6 months. He actually told me they had already "over-delivered"! It's a shame. The relationship started off so great. In fact, at the beginning I was really impressed with these guys and even gave them a 5-star rating. I trusted them. They literally promised me that they would at least 2x my email deliverability "if not more". Well, at the end of 6-months, my email deliverability did not double...it actually dropped in half!!! If you have money to donate, and insist on doing business with them, my only advice is pay by check. Do NOT give them a credit card. If you do, they won't stop billing you. I know because I even tried cancelling my credit card prior to the last payment, but they figured a trick around that too and still got me for the last payment. Now they owe me another 1.5 months of consulting that's worthless. I have been an entrepreneur for over 25 years, and it's been an expensive journey full of traps and landmines. I'm going to just to chalk this loss up as my own bad judgment for not doing more research on Eternal Works before I signed a contract with them, but wanted to share my experience here for those who might not have the reserves or resources to survive losing 6-months of time and a $15,000 gamble to only end up doing 50% less business than when they started. But don't just take my word for it. Here's a video the owner actually sent me saying: "You shouldn't have expected any results from us. We made that part very clear." Thank you, Tim. You perfectly demonstrated how difficult you are and how arrogant and condescending you treat your own clients. By the way, where was all this honesty and transparency 6 months ago? Oh yeah, you guys wouldn't have got my $15,000 that way.
