Other statements seem consistent with the idea that some people working at the company like their job and are happier.Lumos Network has received a lot of customer accolades for the excellent customer service quality. A majority of customers prefer simple and timely resolutions to their internet outages. In some cases, their internet was back up and running in less than an hour due to advancement. Lumos' team is made up of professional technicians whose primary goal is to provide exceptional customer service. Another customer had an exceptional time when her question was answered and she knew the exact cause of her wifi outages. The best thing about her technician was that he was polite and ensured that the installation process was very quick.
