I have been loyal to all climate for years, but I was disappointed this year. I had booked a vent cleaning service, and an inexperienced technician came. He did not cover any of my vents or the air return, blowing dust all over the house. When I questioned this poor work, the company refused to take responsibility. Now I have to hire a cleaning service for my home and curtains. At 88 years, surviving on pension, this is a severe cost burden. I pray that the company improves its service and customer support.

I finally had my heating and air conditioner serviced, and I was long due. The scheduling team was kind and professional. Nathan the technician was very amicable. His communication was very professional, and he explained the installation process before and after and gave suggestions.

Excellent customer service. Technician was fantastic and fast. He was communicative and told me what needed repairs. The tenants heat was fixed for the night. Will call them first next time our HVAC has an issue.
