Talked over a couple different options for the water heater replacement and he did everything we discussed, plus some copper work that took place in addition to the water heater replacement and the quality of the work was great. Quick, efficient service with qualified professionals, but quite expensive. The situation was fixed quite quickly by Troy, who was very helpful and professional, but I was quite shocked at the bill. With tax, $750 for a pipe snake to clear a clog. So, if you are looking for great service and price isn't a limiting factor, then I would recommend Roto-Rooter.3. seriously, I can't say enough about Tony. He was truly amazing. He was extremely helpful and very kind. He was happy to help and was going to stay late to make sure we had our issue resolved. We had an ice maker line fail suddenly and leak all over the place and he had it resolved that night. Marcel from water restoration also came and was incredibly helpful as well. I would highly recommend this team and I will definitely be working with them again in the future.4. We had a water back up in our bath tube that we discovered after coming home from work. These guys were out within an hour to help and explain everything. The pricing was upfront and they left everything cleaner than when they arrived. Jerromy was awesome! And they guarantee their service for 6 months. Have used them twice now and always get good fast service.5. Never put sweet potato fries down your garbage disposal. But if you do, the people from Roto Rooter will manage to unclog your kitchen sink in time to save Thanksgiving. (Thank you Phil!!) And much like if you give a mouse a cookie, if you happen to have a dripping tub or leaking pipe you've been ignoring because calling a plumber is mental energy you just don't have at the end of a long working day/week/month, if you bring it up to the drain technician that you have an issue, they will help you set up an appointment for someone to come check those things you've been ignoring for an age. And when they come over, they will explain things in a clear way that makes you actually understand exactly what the hell mistakes the previous DIY enthusiasts who owned your home did when they installed their sink/bathtub/shower. (Thank you Frank!) and check for hidden moisture damage lurking unseen (Thank you Britt!!) and they will make the whole process less overwhelming by clear and honest communication (Thank you again Britt!!). In short, I haven't even started the bathroom remodels that have been much needed yet since we moved into our forever home but I'm already willing to hire Roto Rooter again because every single member of their team has been amazing.
