!!! BEWARE DON'T RENT ANY PROPERTY FROM THIS COMPANY !!! Don't ever rent any unit - single family, townhouse, apartment - from this horrible company. I would give ZERO stars if I could. They have the worst customer service and support and it starts from the top of their leadership down. The place was filthy when we moved in and we had to had to hire 2 separate pro cleaning companies to clean after they claim it was done. One pro cleaner apologized for not being able to do more in the HALF DAY we hired them because of the amount of grime. From the 2nd week of moving in their staff was rude and insulting. Claiming that we didn't know how to use tilt-in windows when requesting maintenance for obviously broken window frames. This was especially insulting to two African-American professional adults who lead teams at their jobs. They've been late on repairing the locks to external doors for months at a time posing a major security risk to our family. While blaming their inaction on 'owners' who are not adhering to Lessor responsibilities and flouting WA renter's rights and their responsibility of managing the property. The company refused to replace a broken and non-insulated sliding glass door for over 6 months in the coldest months of the year. Our energy bills were unaffordable and the property was freezing. When we demanded they repair the unit according to renter's rights law, they raised the rent $500 after we had just moved in about a year before proving that they operate by the worst slum lord tactics. I could go on but don't waste your time. This company is only looking to raise your rent while not fixing anything already broken or that breaks and insulting you at the same time. !!! BEWARE DON'T RENT ANY PROPERTY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!
