Dean from beacon was awesome, he came in listened, gave scenarios of what it could be. And he was open to negotiation.
Would recommend him to others, because most of all he was quiet enough to fix its without waking up the kids.
I called he have eight toilet problem repaired. Dean showed up within a couple of hours and my problem was fixed within 30 minutes.
Daine is extremely professional and personal. I will most definitely recommend Beacon and Dean again.
Dean was outstanding. Everything was explained. I had a new kitchen sink installation planned and I even was able to add a new higher seat toilet and a moved toilet to the visit. Very professional. Don't know if you can ask for him but if you can you will not be disappointed. My whole family uses Beacon - for a reason.
Dean was great, he did a great job and was super friendly. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why it was necessary. We would highly recommend Dean coming to your house for a repair.
Hey, let me tell you something about Beacon Plumbing - they're a bunch of jokers! I called them to fix a leaky faucet and they showed up late, didn't have the right tools, and charged me an arm and a leg for a job that took five minutes. And don't even get me started on the plumber they sent - this guy was a real piece of work. He showed up with his butt crack showing and proceeded to mansplain plumbing to me like I was some kind of moron. Then he left my bathroom in shambles and acted like it was no big deal. When I called to complain, they gave me the runaround and refused to refund my money. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Beacon Plumbing - these guys are a bunch of clowns.
