This is nearly double the Washington State home inspector licensing requirements. The MOST EFFECTIVE TRAINING: Each inspector undergoes a thorough hands-on apprenticeship. They conduct over 150 inspections supervised by a WA ST licensed Home inspector. This allows them to understand all aspects of home inspection. THE BEST QUALITY GUARANTEE - Field trainers watch our inspectors to ensure they are accurate and complete. BEST INNOVATION & GROWTH All inspectors must perform over 24 hours of continuing education annually. This is twice the Washington State home inspector licensing requirements.
