We have two options if you need such work identified or valued:   Verbal Evaluation   A verbal evaluation, unaccompanied by a written report, is conducted. We examine the piece(s), do research, and provide an estimate of its value. The base fee is $50. Although this may entail the staff’s considerable time, the rate does not rise to a higher level. We charge $100 for each hour after the initial fee.   Written Authentication or Evaluation   The cost is $150 because it takes time to examine it. The cost is $100 for each hour after the initial fee, no matter how much work is involved. Both services are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity, which is free.
