About Our Organization Today's Defensive Driving School is an accumulation of various local safety schools in Seattle with a lengthy tradition. In 2001, the Fawcett Family combined forces to Seattle Driving School and now own Defensive Driving School. The first licensed driving school in Seattle is Seattle Driving School, and the program we have today has been an achievement ever since. In 1949, Kirshner Driving School was established and combined the Defensive Family in January 2006. Defensive Driving School has a curriculum and classroom that is both collision and ticket-free. All attributes and experience are combined to achieve this. Defensive Driving School now has twenty-six locations in Puget Sound.
