Dr. Lenarz founded Health First Chiropractic, and he has four locations in Western Washington. He was a member of the Blair Upper Cervical Society Board of Directors. He formerly served as the Sherman College of Chiropractic Board of Trustees Chairman. He is also credited with The Chiropractic Way (Bantam Books 2003), the first chiropractic book by a major publisher in the profession's history.
Dr. Lenarz was named Chiropractor of The Year by the Blair Chiropractic Society in 2003 and Sherman College of Chiropractic Chiropractor of The Year 2012. He obtained his Advanced Blair Instructor Certification, and he's a Blair Chiropractic Technique instructor.
Dr. Lenarz's studies are published in Sherman College of Chiropractic and International Research and Philosophy Symposium. He enjoys running with his dog, Clementine, family hikes and workouts, and traveling to discover new places when away from work.
