My wife & I leased a property from Maple Leaf. Once we signed the lease our good experience with them disappeared very quickly and became a complete nightmare. The owner has no clue about her own business. We are on our 4th leasing agent in 4 months as they are that unorganized and poorly managed. The have lied to us and continue to. Not worth the headache. It is literally raining in my baby's new nursery. The heat breaks monthly. They love to do the bare minimum. Do your research and stay away from them.
