After just three days of my dog going to this daycare, the staff gave away his collar to another party. The collar had sentimental value and was a part of my dog who passed away 8 months ago and was passed to this puppy. There seems to be no regard or verification of dog items being stored. I am purposefully marking this as two stars because a 5 star facility would not do this disservice. I am extremely disappointed especially with this very personal item that was misplaced/given away. This means they are not tracking items properly. It does make me stop and pause if there’s actual care & tracking of feeding for the dogs or are they just randomly giving everyone’s dog food. I know I am a customer who is currently upset but wanted to share this experience. I do hope they can rectify this situation.
