ABOUT   Services Excellence Summary

O'Neill Plumbing opened in 1917, as the first and only plumbing shop in West Seattle. The founder, James O'Neill, had previously worked from his house for many years before establishing the firm. Good times. Indoor plumbing was growing, as new construction made West Seattle a great place to be a plumber and the first shop was adjacent to Husky Deli. His 1929 entrepreneur brother, Tom O'Neill, became intrigued with the business less successful since 1929. From the beginning (small offices to the switchboards) to the current location with 25 great employees, the company's fleet╝truck4521 has increased. The company now owns several dump trucks and excavating machines and employs approximately 12 underground pipe fitters and operators. Tim and Stephanie, his wife of ten years, acquired the company in 2013 from Terry and Wendy. They look...

That is a way of coming up with a plan that eventually solves the plumbing problems, leaving the client impressed.
