About this business

Rosche's friend, Mr. Rosche, was deported to Guatemala, which led to an order to deport his eight-year best friend. The tragic incident fueled Rosche's interest and advocacy for immigrants’ rights. She studied International Relations and Human Rights in college. She moved to Washington D.C., where she worked for Jay Inslee (now Governor of Washington State). On Jay’s staff, Rosche helped victims of human rights violations from abroad to access justice in the United States through the Alien Tort Statute. Rosche has also represented human rights victims before the Inter-American Court of Human Rights. After living in Spain, Malawi, and India, Rosche moved to San Diego. Rosche founded her law firm in Seattle after settling in her home state. Through Rosche Immigration Law PLLC, she helps immigrants from her home state. Rosche is a certified legal practitioner and an Immigration Specialist. She handles difficult immigration cases, including federal and business litigation. Rosche has successfully filed federal cases under the Administrative Procedures Act, Mandamus (challenges erroneous decision), Habeas Corpus, and Mandamus used to release unlawfully held individuals. In Preap.v. Johnson, Rosche was an expert witness challenging the Department of Justice’s mandatory detention. Despite her busy schedule, Rosche actively volunteers in the community. She offers free immigration consultations to low-income families and regularly travels to Washington D.C. to support immigration reform efforts.
