our program department has a class that suits your interests. Our school offers 29 associate and professional degrees in 26 fields, three bachelor's degrees, and two occupational certificates. Almost half of our students work towards Associate of Science or Associate of Arts degrees to transfer to a four-year institution after graduation. Meanwhile, about one-third of students enter career training programs to acquire marketable skills in one of nine areas like business, healthcare, IT, management, food and beverage, and social work. Moreover, traditional students can choose from more than 70 AAS or AS programs. Students can also enroll in courses in basic studies, career training, and continuing education. Why do nearly 16,000 students enroll at Seattle Central College each year? They come because they know they can expect all the features they need to succeed. Location, location, location is every-thing. Central Seattle College offers top academic programs and various academic transfer and career preparation programs at the vibrant heart of one of America's largest, most dynamic cities.

Seattle Central College receives positive reviews from most students. An accommodating and inclusive environment is a priority. The diverse student population is one aspect that many students enjoy. It is also a fantastic idea to be in the city of Seattle. The school's faculty is fantastic. They are well-suited to supporting students' success. Some like the university-style learning environment, especially in math and science classes. Bruce Lee attended the school and worked out at a spot close by, with many students finding this interesting. Seattle Central also attracts students who need to complete their GED. Other students highlight the affordability of many of the school's programs and degrees, as well as the perfect beginnings it provides for first-generation students, undocumented immigrants, and those who face other unique challenges. Some things that aren't universally praised are the food options and the short window of financial aid opportunities but are not relevant to all students. The college looks and feels modern, and the students feel right at home on their downtown campus. So, many have been praising the school for having more advantages than disadvantages, but there is also the average review that sees Seattle Central as a college and nothing out of this world.
