Hello, I contacted Rob on April 12 in form of email at [email protected] to speak about my concerns he did not return the email or called. In signing paperwork for rob to become my lawyer I was told alot of things one was accuracy and team work. Once my care was finshed, the paralegal made error in submitting my expenses to the Insurance. I caught this error after this was sent out and had to tell my paralegal this was disappointed because it looks sloppy. Then for around 3 months I reached out with very little progress. The they told me my settlement was around 4,000 I was already so frustrated I said fine. Then was told I only get 1000 meaning the lawyer rob would get more money Then me. I Then was given a document of care from my insurance company and caught all the error. Then told he just got this paperwork and the date said 3 months ago and I said you advertise working as a team your firm recieved it you are one and dishonest about receiving this information. I Then tried to reach out to rob and got someone else who agreed they made errors. Then when I did settle several people told me I get my money within 3 weeks.i thought this was odd and said maybe you mean like 3 to 4? They said no 3....okay anyway it took 5 weeks for payment I have no idea why they tell clients 3 even I suggested it be longer.
