Conflict often serves as a foundation for growth and transformation, making it an essential step in our life stories. I believe in embracing conflict as inevitable because it is. I also believe that how we navigate and embrace it will decide if the conflict is fixed or not. My treatment practice is all about helping people change their friendships, jobs, and intimate interactions with themselves or others. A person's capacity for growth and change, as well as their ability to heal and find their path and solutions, are all part of my therapeutic philosophy.
