ABOUT   Services Excellence Summary

Werner Kozber started the location at 710 Taylor Avenue North, near the Seattle Center and on the South Side of Queen Anne, at Werner's Crash Shop in 1973. The venerable business has been open and running smoothly for all those years. From 1982 to 1992, Werner owned two stores. The first was at Taylor Avenue, and the second was at 2600-15th Avenue West in Queen Anne's West. At the second location, Werner worked with four downtown Seattle car dealerships. This required more space than the Taylor Avenue store to do the needed work. However, in 1992, Werner moved back to the Taylor Avenue location as the downtown car dealerships moved away. Accucraft Collision leased him the 15th West building. At the original 710 Taylor Avenue North store, Queen Anne, Magnolia, and downtown customers are served. Werner’s Crash Shop has been in existence for 36 years and is thriving. Many insurance companies use computer software and photos to figure out the cost of work. Our company has embraced this kind of technology. The Farmer's Insurance Company’s Referral Program is also different. It extends our reach to our customers who have huge fleets. Staff Education and Quality Measurement The employees' education and training guarantee each job's quality. The National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence provides certification programs for all our employees. On the other hand, Werner's Automotive Craftsman Association membership requires adherence to an ethics code that is customer-friendly and ensures its number one priority is safety. This also ensures all customers get an itemized list of all repairs that have to be done on their vehicles.
