About this business

I have been an LMT for 12 years. I do muscle-specific and deep-tissue massage to help recover muscles. I was a CNA (certified nurse assistant) in 2013 and received an A.A.S. In 2006, I received an A.A.S. in paraprofessional work and special education. My favorite areas of practice are injury rehabilitation, chronic pain, migraine headaches, and trigger points. I aim to help patients maintain their health through massage, chiropractic, and natural remedies. Additionally, I provide them self-exercises for home therapy.
