They would explain what the issue was, how they planned to fix it and gave a detailed quotation for work to be done before they proceeded. 3. Henco's emergency service and a quick response also awed customers. For example, one customer had an appointment on a Monday after calling on Saturday, and another who waited referred a few days for someone to come after experiencing a flood in their house before someone came to fix the issue. 4.
