Welcome to the Bay-Lakes Council's website! We have one of the largest Scout Councils in the Midwest, offering programs and services to over 13,000 youth from 36 counties in Eastern Wisconsin through to Michigan's Upper Peninsula. Our Council comprises more than 170 Cub Scout packs, 200 Scouts BSA Troops, 20 Venture Crews, and 10 Explorer Posts. Our more than 6,000 volunteers give their time and expertise to help youth develop leadership, academic, citizenship, and life skills that will guide their adult decisions.
