Get to Know Us CVTC and Marquette University School of Dentistry have combined forces to create a dental clinic in the Chippewa Valley. Here, the Dental Clinic is a learning and working clinic. We exist to provide dental care for those in our community that is financially challenged. Here's what you need to know about us: We are a not a free clinic. Our low-income patients and Medicaid recipients will obtain affordable dental care. CVTC Dental Clinic does not compete with other local dentist offices. We are a learning clinic. We charge approximately one-third to one half of the cost for private dentistry. This is to reflect the cost of care provided by students. All services can be performed under the supervision of our licensed dentist professionals. Marquette University School of Dentistry alumni who have been licensed as dental practitioners or Marquette Dental students. Licensed dental hygienists or CVTC Dental Hygiene student provide all services for cleaning. Our students learn quickly so appointments may be long. Appointments can last several hours depending on what you need and might require multiple visits. Patients who fail to attend three or more appointments are not eligible because of our long waiting list.
