Staff at Dr. Heidi Ulve's office are knowledgeable and excellent listeners. Hygienists like Kate are also knowledgeable, caring, and very thorough with cleanings. Additionally, everyone from administrative staff, billing staff and office manager, to the dental assistants and doctors - all of them are friendly and very competent. This makes a visit to the dentist a pleasant experience and it is easy to receive instructions on care. The dental office is welcoming even for those with minimal experience going to the dentist, even young children. Another factor that makes this dentist the best is that they do not overprescribe procedures, but instead provide adequate knowledge to make own choices. The staff at this dental office took their time to answer all of my questions. My dental work was not rushed and my joy and comfort were always a priority. Because I have been a long-term patient, I have been able to observe Dr. Ulve and his practice over the past few years.
